OFFERING A VARIETY OF DEPANNERS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PRODUCT INCLUDING VACUUM, NEEDLE, TUMBLE, SCRAPE AND PUSH/GRIPPER DEPANNERS.
Tumble Depanning: As the pans come to the end of the Auto-Bake line, they are inverted and the product “tumbles” out onto a take-away conveyor located under the line. The product then travels on to it’s next process. The product remains in the same orientation as it was in the pan.
Robotic Depanning: there are two types of robotic depanning.
Vacuum Depanner with which the product is gently lifted out of the pan and placed onto a take-away conveyor. The product can be depanned one or two pans at a time onto a take-away conveyor located either at the end of the line or along side the line. The robotic depanner can change the orientation of the product so that it would maintain the same configuration as in the pan or turn the product so that it is traveling perpendicular to the Auto-Bake line. For example, the product orientation can either remain 18 pieces across or be turned to 6 pieces across the width of the belt.
Needle Depanner which uses needles to gently lift product out of the pan and place it onto a take-away conveyor. The conveyor locations and product orientation capabilities are the same as for the vacuum depanner. Both style robotic depanners maintain the same product centerline distances as were in the pans Precision Automated Technology offers robotic depanning if the centerline distances of the product need to be changed to accommodate the next process in the line (such as being placed into clamshell style packages).
