The coalescence of Delkor’s Trayfecta® Series formers with 5-axis servo control has resulted in our most versatile former. Perfect for integration with downstream robotics or hand-load systems, the recipe-driven discharge orientation allows the cases to be conveyed to downstream equipment in the optimal position for any application.
By implementing a gantry system, we are able to maximize the range of this former in an incredibly compact footprint. Delkor’s Trayfecta® G Series can be configured to discharge across a wide range of elevations eliminating the typical long conveyor lengths required to accomplish elevation changes prior to the case loading station.
Flexibility defines Delkor’s Trayfecta® formers, as customers are able to fluidly switch between trays, cases, cartons, double-walled corrugated material, and paperboard. The ability to handle this range of materials helps to future-proof your operation!
