Test Baking Facility has All the Options

Baking companies from around the country have access to a complete test baking facility in order to test-bake and run technical evaluations on a Serpentine® system. Bakers are invited to test bake any bakery item in the oven such as pastries, breads, cakes and cookies to name a few.

In addition, the test oven exemplifies all the tried and proven virtues of Auto-Bake’s unique Serpentine® baking technology--small footprint, flexibility, rapid throughput, and consistent baking results. This is the versitility of the compact Serpentine® transport system, where pans are transported along multiple horizontal levels, maximizing vertical cubic capacity and occupying just one-tenth the footprint of an equivalent tunnel oven.
