Case Erectors/Sealers – Dunbar can supply you with case erectors/sealers in models ranging from semi-automatic to fully automatic.  The case sealers we use are designed to work with uniform or random box sizes and come in a large variety of sizes and speeds.

Palletizing

 

Bulk Packer–Dunbar has several options available for bulk packer systems.  For example, Benda Manufacturing, Inc. supplies us with their Count and Weigh AutoPak Systems.  This is an Innovative count & weigh system which gently single files the bulk product then counts & weighs while placing the product in the carton. The empty carton feed system ensures uninterrupted flow of cases for optimal system operation. The design allows for either count or weigh priority and can even add single pieces to reach an accurate count or weight.
