Shaffer Dough Pumps – Pump includes a 1,200 to 3,100 pound capacity stainless steel dough hopper, UHMW Augers, screw blocking device, automatic/manual selector switch, single speed inverter duty motor with adjustable frequency drive, pilot light, E Stop, NEMA 4x pump mounted electrical enclosure with power cord.  Complete with 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz electrical (standard) and sanitary casters.  

 

Shaffer Dough Chunkers
The Shaffer Dough Chunker is ideal for feeding uniform blocks of dough to dividers or forming equipment.  The machine features all stainless steel construction, a unique

u-shaped hopper and variable frequency controls.   The Chunker’s cutters are coated with proprietary Durashield® non-stick coating for exceptional release characteristics;

and the removable discharge conveyor and UHMW sideplates on each end of hopper provide unparalleled ease of sanitation.   

Capacities from 600 to 3,200 pounds.

 

  

Streamline your bakery operation and optimize your mixer with a Shaffer Trough Lift.  The Lift’s  columns, carriage and dough chute are constructed of stainless steel and heavy duty “no-lube” nickel plated lifting roller chains are used for safe and efficient lifting of troughs. The Trough Lift can be designed to use with existing troughs or new troughs can be provided.
