Rolls

A roll is a small bread that is usually round or oval in shape.  Most rolls are baked on a hearth and made from flour, water, salt and some type of leavening agent such as yeast.  Some other common ingredients found in rolls may include seeds, nuts, sugar, spices, fruits or vegetables.
