Cup cakes
A cupcake is a small cake that has a cylindrical shaped base, a conical top and is intended to be eaten by an individual in a single sitting. As with larger cakes, frosting, sprinkles, and other decorations are used to top the cupcakes. A cupcake uses the same ingredients as most other standard cakes – with ingredients including butter, sugar, eggs, and flour.
Paper or foil cup liners are often used to line the bottoms of cupcake pans during baking so that the cupcakes can then easily be removed from the pan.
